As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Villages of Bent Tree. Now your pet can relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
There is no weight limit.
A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required.
Monthly pet rent of $30 will be charged per pet.
